Job Seekers may browse listings and contact Employers directly through links or forms provided in each listing.

BestTruckJobs.com is not an employment agency, recruiter, or employer. We do not participate in hiring, screening, or employment decisions. We provide only a platform for job-related advertising.



2. Eligibility

By using the Site, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.

We may suspend or remove any account that violates these Terms.



3. Employer Accounts

Employers must register for an account to post jobs. You are solely responsible for:

You may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe link in our emails, but certain transactional or account-related emails may still be sent as required for account functionality or compliance.



5. Job Listings

All job listings are considered advertising content. Employers are fully responsible for:

  • The accuracy of job descriptions, pay details, and qualifications.
  • Compliance with all applicable employment, labor, and nondiscrimination laws.
  • Providing accurate contact and application information.

We may edit, reject, or remove any posting that violates our policies or the law, or that we deem inappropriate, misleading, or harmful to our users.

Employers agree not to post:

  • Fake or misleading job opportunities.
  • Multi-level marketing or “business opportunity” schemes.
  • Jobs requiring upfront fees or equipment purchases.
  • Jobs unrelated to the trucking or logistics industry.

We make no guarantees regarding visibility, performance, or application rates for any listing.



6. Job Seeker Use

Job Seekers can browse listings freely without creating an account. When contacting an Employer, Users acknowledge that:

  • BestTruckJobs.com does not verify the Employer’s identity or job validity.
  • We are not responsible for employer communications, offers, or actions.
  • Any personal information shared with Employers is done at their own risk.


7. Employer Responsibilities

As an Employer, you agree that:

  • You alone make all hiring, selection, and employment decisions.
  • You are solely responsible for verifying the qualifications and legitimacy of applicants.
  • You will comply with all federal, state, and local employment laws, including wage transparency, anti-discrimination, and fair hiring laws.
  • You will indemnify and hold harmless BestTruckJobs.com from any claims arising from your job ads, employment decisions, or communications with Job Seekers.

You acknowledge that BestTruckJobs.com does not:

  • Verify candidate qualifications.
  • Guarantee delivery or response to job postings.
  • Provide legal, tax, or HR advice.
  • Guarantee the uptime or availability of the Site.


8. Intellectual Property

All content on BestTruckJobs.com (excluding Employer-posted listings) is owned by us or licensed for our use. Employers grant BestTruckJobs.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote their posted content on the Site and affiliated marketing channels.

You may not copy, distribute, or use our platform content without written permission.



9. Data Handling and Privacy

Employer and Job Seeker information is handled per our Privacy Policy. Employers are responsible for handling any personal data received from Job Seekers in compliance with applicable data protection laws. We are not liable for any misuse or unauthorized disclosure of Job Seeker data by Employers.



10. Payment Terms

Job posting fees (if applicable) are displayed on the Site. All payments are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify pricing or introduce new fees at any time.



11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all related services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees about:

  • Site uptime or uninterrupted access.
  • Job Seeker or Employer authenticity.
  • Application delivery or response.
  • The success or outcome of any job posting.

Use of the Site is at your sole risk.



12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BestTruckJobs.com and its affiliates, owners, and staff are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Use or inability to use the Site.
  • Errors or omissions in job listings.
  • Communications or transactions between Job Seekers and Employers.
  • Technical issues or interruptions.

If liability is found despite these Terms, our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you (if any) for services in the 12 months prior to the claim.



13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BestTruckJobs.com, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of:

  • Your use of the Site or services.
  • Your job postings or employment activities.
  • Your breach of these Terms or violation of law.


14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account or access to the Site at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, unlawful activity, or technical abuse.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
